General Description

The TPMS system is the shorten word of Tire Pressure Monitoring System. This system monitors the pressure of the tire and when it drops below a certain pressure, the TPMS ECU makes the warning lamp turn on for notifying the driver. This system consists of TPMS ECU(or TPMS Receiver) and TPMS sensors. The TPMS ECU monitors the battery voltage to determine, as a safety issue, whether this system can operate normally or not. The normal battery voltage range is essential for controlling this system as intended.

DTC Description
